How We Work
As a new patient, the first step is to call our office at 303.377.9278. We'll set up a new patient exam or possibly a cleaning. During this 1-hour time, you receive:
- A comprehensive full mouth series of digital x-rays
- A perio charting, and
- A thorough doctor exam in which all missing teeth are noted (if applicable) as well as existing restorations (if applicable).
- Digital photos of all your teeth taken for careful review
Through studying the xrays and perio levels, diagnosis is made, treatments are discussed and the type of cleaning necessary is scheduled.
Finances are discussed prior to scheduling treatment appointments. We do offer financing options for larger dental investments such as implants and full mouth reconstruction and we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
We like to avoid surprises at our office! That is why our first exam is so comprehensive. We like to do as much preventative dentistry as possible, that way we can keep patients investment lower over the lifetime of their oral health.
New patients with dental insurance, should refer to their insurance policy or contact their HR person to ensure their policy will cover their visits to a dental provider who is out of network. Also, it is the patient's responsibility to notify us if their insurance provider has changed to ensure insurance claims are sent to the correct company.
